Shipping policy

Shipping Costs: The shipping cost is £3.39, and we use Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. A tracking number is provided once the order is made.

Estimated Delivery Time: All items will be dispatched within 1-3 working days of you placing an order. We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure these times are met but cannot be held responsible for dispatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example, due to poor weather conditions. You will receive a shipping email once items are dropped off at the post office. All items are dispatched from London, England, UK.

Non-Delivery Policy: A compensation claim against Royal Mail can be made if your items have not arrived within 10 working days of being sent. We will make a claim on your behalf and then send replacement items once payment has been successfully refunded. In the event the item is no longer available, a full refund will be made. If you do not agree with our shipping policies, then please do not place an order.

Ordering Multiple Items: Yes, you can order multiple items in one order, assuming all items do not exceed 2kg as per Royal Mail Track 48 weight limit.
